Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with industry standard audio/video codecs such as MP3, AAC, H.264, H.263, MPEG-4 Part 2, Sorenson Video, On2 VP6
- Extensive experience with industry standard audio/video container formats such as AVI, MP4, MOV, FLV
- Expert C/C++ programming skills; vast majority of code will target Windows and Linux platforms, although there may be some embedded BlackBerry code as well
- Working knowledge of Java; vast majority of code will target Windows and Linux platforms, although there may be some J2ME and RIM Java SDK code as well
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering preferred; minimum average of 75%
